City Square - The winner of the 2009 Halloween Costume Contest has been announced! Flogger has  taken the top prize this year as the best dressed ugly old man.

During an interview with Flogger, the man said “I wasn’t going to be dressing up at all, but on the way to the party my fiance forced me to stop at the local costume store and pick something up. ”

City Square’s fiance was reported to say “I hated the costume at first, thinking how can anyone wear only a mask as a costume? I wasn’t sure we would even get in the club because costumes were mandatory. Then we end up leaving with the top prize.”
