City Square - The winner of the 2009 Halloween Costume Contest has been announced! john berryhill has  taken the top prize this year as the best dressed ugly old man.

During an interview with john berryhill, the %victim_gender% said “I wasn’t going to be dressing up at all, but on the way to the party my fiance forced me to stop at the local costume store and pick something up. ”
